Idhayakanni (Aadhi) a normal youth in a typical Indian cinema
family and he lives with his
Father (Prabhu), Grandfather (Ravichandran), Mother, Grandmother
(K.R.Vijaya) and a sister. Animated screenplay and few shots lead to love
between Anjali (Poorna) and Idhaya, shown in the backdrop of a perfect family set up.
Poorna's dad is Suresh who is already a state minister. A very big aspirant for the CM position. Suresh has some competitors in the political party for the same seat, and Suresh will do anything to grab that position and he aims for that and wants to get it by any means. Yep! The normal Indian cinema villain with a bald head, white dhoti and shirt.
Suresh has some plans to get his daughter married to the party speaker’s son (Niyalgal Ravi) thereby having a high chance in becoming the next CM. All politics are played by Suresh
Ø Trying to disturb the love between Aadhi & Poorna
Ø Sending few Gundas and trying to disturb Aadhi’s family mind set
Ø Attempts to kill Prabhu
The above all at the end fails.
Aadhi as the film hero is sharp enough and comes to know the plans of Suresh and foils the same. Series of events which are very predictable takes you to a long climax. Suresh kills himself and the movie comes to an end.
Ø No element of humor any where except Mayilsami in bits and piece.
Ø Stunt / extra villain elements highly irritating.
Ø Music you need to search, Horrible
Over all - waste of time and money for viewers as well as the team which worked so long for a movie like this. Sorry to say but that’s the truth.
